Designed to Outperform
The Dual core Raven has a robust design, redundant RTC circuits, and a 2 MByte FRAM board memory that is designed to withstand harsh environment. Raven has two SoC that are stacked vertically, however, the choice of SoCs keeps the overall envelop of the OBC at minimum. Raven is a great choice for image processing, high speed DSP and various Machine Learning tasks as well as Command & Data Handling (C&DH).

The board also features a USB 2.0 connector for debugging, programming and configuring the SoC.
Our boards are shipped with their environmental and physical test reports. We design our boards for space qualified applications such as satellites and small-sat. This includes G-testing for launch stress, as well as radiation tolerance calculations.
* We provide best estimate for SEU tolerance however we do not perform radiation chamber testing.
Z-100 is designed with the harsh environment in mind. We thermally cycle the boards as well performing vibration test matching profile of the well-known LVs. In addition we can cycle the product to your specifications.
Using two SoC a hardware level bigLITTLE design could be realized, where one SoC handles the big tasks and the other could execute the smaller routine tasks.
Using a proper GPU and CPU combination, the Raven could handle low-power yet complex Machine Learning tasks. This enables your edge vehicles to perform much of the calculation in-orbit and save you time and bandwidth.
